हिंदी :- आबे ज़मज़म क्या है ?
1. आबे ज़मज़म मक्का [सऊदी अरब ] के पास एक कुआँ है। इस कुएं का पानी कभी खत्म नहीं होता और न ख़राब होता है। ये पानी हज़ की यात्रा में आये लोगों को बाँटा जाता है। मुसलमानों के लिए इस पवित्र पानी का उतना ही महत्व है जितना हिन्दुओं के लिए गंगा नदी के पानी का। मुसलमान आबे ज़मज़म के पानी को अल्लाह की सौगात मानते हैं। हज़ से वापस आते समय ये पानी साथ में लाया जाता है और परिवार के सदस्यों को पिलाया जाता है।

"Aabe Zamzam" is well near Mecca [Saudi Arab]. The water of this well never ends nor get contaminated. This water is distributed among the Hajj travelers. Aabe zamzam water is as sacred and important for Muslims as the Ganga river water for Hindus. Muslims consider it as god gift. The distributed water is bring at home by the Hajj travelers and given to the family members to drink.

2. अभिमन्यु मिश्रा भारतीय मूल के अमेरिकी शतरंज खिलाडी हैं। इन्होंने केवल १२ वर्ष ४ महीने २५ दिन की उम्र में शतरंज का ग्रैंड मास्टर ख़िताब जीत कर इतिहास रच दिया है। इन्होने बुडापेस्ट में गोवा के १४ वर्षीय ल्योन मेंडोंका को हराकर ये उपलब्धि हासिल की। अभिमन्यु ने १९ साल पुराना यूक्रेन के सर्गे कर्जाकिन का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया जिन्होंने १२ वर्ष ७ महीने की उम्र में यह उपलब्धि हासिल की थी।

Abhimanyu broke the 19 years old record of Sergey Karjakin of Ukraine who achieved the title when his age was age 12 years and 7 month.

3. OECD यानी [Organization for economic cooperation and development] यह ३५ सदस्य देशों का आर्थिक संगठन है। इसकी स्थापना १९६० में आर्थिक प्रगति और विश्व व्यापार को बढ़ाने के लिए की गई थी। इसके अधिकांश सदस्य देश अमीर अर्थव्यवस्था के मालिक हैं। ये संयुक्त राष्ट्र का प्रेक्षक है। इसका मुख्यालय पेरिस [फ़्रांस ] में है। हाल ही में इस संगठन ने "ग्लोबल कॉरपोरेट टैक्स " की दर कम से कम १५ % रखने पर १३० देश की सहमति के बारे में बताया है।

OECD i.e. [Organization for economic co-operation and development]. It is an economic organization of 35 members countries. It was established in 1960 with the aim for economic development and world trade among the members. Most of its members countries are rich economy. It is an observer of United Nations. It's headquarter is in Paris [France]. Recently, it announced that as many as 130 countries worldwide have agreed to keep the minimum 15% 'Global Corporate Tax" rate.

4. जून २०२१ में इंग्लेंड में आयोजित G -7 सम्मलेन में सहयोगी देशों ने इस बात पर चर्चा करी कि , "एक देश से दूसरे देश में व्यापार करने , निवेश करने में क्या-क्या परेशानियां हैं और उन्हें कैसे दूर किया जाए "। तब ये बात सामने आयी की प्रत्येक देश में टैक्स की दर अलग-अलग हैं। अत : जो कम्पनियाँ दुसरे देश में व्यापार करना चाहती हैं वो उस देश को चुनती हैं जहाँ टैक्स कम या फिर न के बराबर हो। इससे विदेशी निवेश कुछ इने -गिने देशों में ही हो रहा है। अतः इस बात पर विचार किया गया की क्यों न अन्य देशो को साथ में लेकर एक निश्चित टैक्स -दर निर्धारित की जाए। इस टैक्स -दर को ही "ग्लोबल कॉर्पोरेट टैक्स " कहा जाता है।
अभी हाल ही में OECD [Organization of economic co-operation and development] ने कहा है की दुनियां के १३० देश इस बात पर राजी हो गए हैं GCT कम से कम १५% होना चाहिए। इसका मतलब ये है की जो कम्पनियाँ दुसरे देशों में कारोबार कर रही है चाहे online या ऑफिस स्थापित करके , उनको कम से कम १५% टैक्स उस देश की सरकार को देना होगा। अभी तक टैक्स की दर दो देशों के आपसी समझौते के आधार पर लगाई जाती थी। पर अब वो एक-समान हो जायेगी। लेकिन इसको लागू करने में अभी समय लगेगा। क्यूंकि अभी G -20 देशों के वित्त-मंत्री और केंद्रीय बैंक के गवर्नर की बैठक में इस मुद्दे पर और विचार होगा। उसके बाद G -20 के राष्ट्रीयध्यक्ष की अक्टूबर में होने वाली बैठक में ही अंतिम निर्णय होने की सम्भावना है।
English:- What is "Global Corporate Tax"?
During G-7 countries meeting held in June-2021 the all participants members discussed over the global trades and investments problems and solution to remove them. The outcome of the discussion was that different countries charge tax as per their law of taxes and the trading or investing companies prefer the place where tax are minimum or almost zero. Thus resulting the trade and investments in limited countries. So stress was given over uniform tax rate with and suggested to have the consent of countries all over the world. Thus "Global Corporate Tax" concept emerged.
Most recently, OECD has informed that globally 130 countries have agreed to keep the corporate tax minimum at 15%. It means that the companies working overseas whether online or established offices have to pay minimum 15% tax to that government. Till now the tax was charged as per agreements of the countries but the 'GCT" rate shall become unilateral if implemented. However, this agreed tax implementation take time because the meeting of finance ministers and governor of the Reserve Bank of countries of G-20 is due . They will further discuss the issue. Thereafter the heads of G-20 countries shall meet in Oct-2021 where the final decision may come over "Global Corporate Tax".

5. इनविट की फुल फॉर्म है :- Infrastructure Investment Trust. किसी चलती हुई इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर परियोजना में पैसा लगाकर आमंदनी में हिस्सा प्राप्त करने के लिए जो इन्वेस्टमेंट ट्रस्ट बनाया जाता है, उसे ही इनविट कहते हैं । ये म्यूच्यूअल फण्ड की तरह काम करता है और "सेबी" [भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ] द्वारा नियंत्रित रहता है। अभी हाल ही में सेबी ने इनविट में न्यूनतम निवेश की सीमा को ५० हज़ार से घटाकर १० हजार रुपए कर दिया है।
ये कैसे काम करता है ? किसी कंपनी के चलते हुए ६ इन्फ्राट्रक्चरे प्रोजेक्ट में यदि पैसे की कमी आ रही है या उसके उधार लेने की सीमा भी समाप्त हो चुकी है तो ऐसे में ये कंपनी अपने २-३ प्रोजेक्ट किसी ट्रस्ट को सौंप देता है तो वह ट्रस्ट इनविट कहलायेगा। अब ये इनविट पैसा जुटाने के लिए आईपीओ ला सकता है या नॉन कन्वर्टिबल डिबेंचर जारी कर पूंजी जुटा सकता है। और इस पूंजी को चालू इंफ़्रा प्रोजेक्ट में लगाकर कमाई के हिस्से का ९० % तक भागीदार बन सकता है जो इसके निवेशकों में बँट जायेगा।
English :- What is InvIT? How does it work ?
It is Infrastructure Investment Trust. It is designed to pool money from several investors to be invested in income-generating assets. It works like a mutual fund does and regulated by SEBI [Security and Exchange Board of India] Recently, SEBI has increased "Invit" investment limit from 10,000 to 50,000 rupees.
How does it work? Suppose an infrastructure company has 6 running projects. And there is shortage of money or credit limit is full for the company, in such situation the company may hand over its 2-3 projects to a trust, this trust shall become Invit. Now, this Invit can raise capital by bring IPO or issue Non-convertible-debentures. This capital shall be invested in running infra-projects and get the 90% income share which will distributed among its investors.

7. केयर्न कंपनी ने भारत में २००७ में अपनी कंपनी को शेयर -बाजार में लिस्ट करने के लिए IPO लाने की योजना बनाई थी। इससे एक वर्ष पहले उसने "केयर्न -इंडिया " के साथ भारत में उसकी अनेक इकाइयों का विलय किया। ७ वर्ष बाद , भारत -सरकार द्वारा केयर्न को केपिटल -गेन का नोटिस भेजा गया। और कंपनी को बताया , " आईपीओ से पहले कंपनी ने अपनी अनेक यूनिट्स को "केयर्न -इंडिया " में मिलाया था। इससे उसे "केपिटल -गेन " हुआ है , इसलिए उसे टेक्स देना होगा। कंपनी इसके खिलाफ मध्यस्थता अदालत में चली गई।
हाल ही में फ़्रांस की एक अदालत ने केयर्न कंपनी को भारत सरकार से १. ७ अरब डालर यानी १२५८० करोड़ रुपए का हर्जाना वसूलने का अधिकार दिया है। इस आदेश की पालना न करने पर भारत सरकार की पेरिस में २० सम्पत्तियों को जप्त करने का आदेश दिया है। ध्यान दें, "केयर्न -एनर्जी " इंग्लैंड की एक कंपनी है और भारत के राजस्थान राज्य के बाड़मेर में तेल खोज में इसका सक्रीय योगदान है , जहाँ आज एक रिफाइनरी चल रही है।
English:- What is the Cairn-Energy controversy ?
The Cairn company had planned to launch an IPO in India in 2007 to list its company on the Indian stock-exchanges. A year before it merged many of its units in India with Cairn India. After 7 years, Indian Government sent "Capital Gain" notice to company and explained to the company that it gained capital gain after merging all its units in Cairn-India. Thus, it has to pay capital gain tax. The company went to the arbitration court against this notice.
Recently, a French court has awarded right to the company to recover the damages worth 1.7 billion dollar i.e. Rs. 12580 crore from Indian government.
Failing to comply the order the court has ordered to seize the 20 properties of Indian government in Paris. Remember, "Cairn-Energy" is an England based and is actively involved in oil exploration at Barmer in the Indian state of Rajasthan, where a refinery is operating today.
